• We secure adequate and stable financing for the Education Fund
• We advise the Government on new sources of revenue for the purpose of ensuring adequate and stable financing flow of money into the Fund.
• We promote education and training according to needs within the framework of overall national socio-economic development plans and policies.
• We apply the monies deposited into the Fund for purposes of improvement and promotion of education of education.
• We develop and review periodically formula for allocation and disbursement of funds to different educational levels.
• We monitor use of funds disbursed and ensure adherence to the objectives of the Fund.
• We receive gifts, donations, grants or other moneys on behalf of the Fund.
• We establish and promote relationship or association with institutions both nationally and internationally.
