Tanzania Education Authority(TEA) has Been Awarded Certificate of Recognition for Significant Contribution Towards Improvement of Education Infrastructures in Sumbawanga Region.

The World Bank officials in Tanzania, Ms. Xiayon Liang and Ms. Innocent Mulindwa conducted a one-day visit to two institutions benefiting from the Skills Development Fund (SDF) which is coordinated by the Tanzania Education Authority. The project is funded by the Government of Tanzania and the World Bank.
Since its establishment in 2001, the Fund has been acting as a pool into which resources collected from Government allocations, voluntary contributions, and grants loans and from “Other Sources” are deposited in order to fund ‘educational development’ projects.
