Matokeo ya Sensa ya watu na Makazi iliyofanyika mwaka 2022 nchini Tanzania yalibainisha kuwa, asilimia 34.5 ya watanzania wote ni vijana ambao ndio nguvu kazi ya Taifa. Serikali imeendelea na jitihada mbalimbali za kuhakikisha vijana wanahusishwa kikamilifu katika miradi na programu za maendeleo kupitia mafunzo ya ujuzi na Ufundi stadi ili kupunguza tatizo la ajira kwa vijana katika ngazi zote.
Vijana kutoka Kaya maskini na wanaoishi katika mazingira magumu hapa nchini wameshauriwa kuchangamkia fursa za Mafunzo ya Kukuza na Kuendeleza Ujuzi yanayotelewa na Serikali kupitia vituo mbalimbali vya Mafunzo ya Elimu ya Ufundi na Ufundi Stadi.
Since its establishment in 2001, the Fund has been acting as a pool into which resources collected from Government allocations, voluntary contributions, and grants loans and from “Other Sources” are deposited in order to fund ‘educational development’ projects.
